Raw PPG Access

Hello,

We are trying to access the Raw PPG data (25 Hz) from Samsung watches, we tried a lot, but it is not working at all (we can only access the processed Heart rate) so i would like to ask if that requires to apply for a certificate or special request to be able to access raw data? (we have already been approved for the Health SDK)

We have been following this documentation from Samsung: Health Sensor Data Specifications | Samsung Developer

Maybe, we did something wrong so i would appreciate it if you can please share with us more documentations or code to access the raw PPG data?
