How do I register on the Samsung Store as a private seller?
So I can publish my applications
What types of certificate does the Samsung store accept?
What information should be written in the business certificate?
Can individuals activate a private business account?
Why are some accounts still working here without activating a commercial account?
I’ve been stopped from publishing apps due to corporate DUNS
To have an Android app published in Galaxy Store you must be a commercial corporate seller and validated by D&B with a DUNS number.
You do not need to be a corporation the corporate is just saying you have a business. For US citizens and some other countries it is as simple as going to the local county clerk and get a DBA doing business as license and having it DUNS for other countries there may be a charge.

I don’t believe they are suspending any content yet but you won’t be able to update your Android content. (Themes, icons and such do not require a commercial corporate account)

Pay Pal or other banking information See this Seller Portal Guide I did it several years ago and it was very easy the only thing then was it only has first and last name so if your official ID has First Middle and Last you need to put one with two names and one with one name.

To change from a private seller to a business you simply need to get a Doing Business As from a local government office In the US that is the County clerk but it may be something else in other countries. This allows you to use a business name and open a bank account for that business name.
If this is for Android apps you will need to get a DUNS number from Duns and Bradstreet or an affiliate of that firm
