Remote Test Lab not connecting in windows


Remote Test Lab is not connecting. Any help to fix it.

From the RTL page at the bottom is Feedback option report this there and give them a time and date when you were trying to connect.

Please note that it checks for connection speed now so if you are trying to connect to US site from Asia or Europe it may not connect you need a closer lab site like Korea or Poland.

If you report it and have the time they should be able to tell you why it wasn’t connecting.
