I am a fitness mobile app developer and would like to list my app in Galaxy Store. I am registered in Samsung Galaxy Store Seller Portal as Corporate Seller. I want Request Commercial Seller Status, I need a D-U-N-S® number, but I don’t have one, because I am from Ukraine, and there is no D-U-N-S® number for Ukrainian licenses. When I answer “NO” to the question “Do you want to authenticate with a D-U-N-S® number?” the window closes and nothing happens. Please help me solve the problem! Thank you!

Contact the Seller Portal team and ask how to apply for commercial seller status if you don’t have a DUNS number.
From Seller Portal, click Help → Contact us. Then, click Contact us at the Customer Center located near the bottom of the page (if a pop-up with “Did you mean samsung.com?” appears, close the pop-up).
