Does anyone has experience with the Galaxy Ring? I need anwer to some technical issues like data rate (samples/seconds) I can get from it (via BLE notifications I assume).

As far as I know Galaxy ring APIs are not available for 3rd party developers.
Indirectly you can get some ring data from Samsung health as workaround, but there is no way to filter it out to determined from where the data is coming, ring or other devices/sources.
