Sales contract app rejected

Hello,
I need to know the specific reasons I got rejected for the Commercial Seller Status Request.
I received a summary of three points:

  • Your company website URL

  • An email address using your company’s corporate email domain. If this is not possible and you need to use a public domain (for example, @gmail.com or @hotmail.com) please explain why this is needed.

  • A brief explanation of your company’s plan to publish applications in Galaxy Store (type of application, audience, market to support) in the Comments to the Person in Charge field.

But I provided all the three in the application form.
Is there a way to know more? Or if you have similar experience, how did you fix it?

Even though you provided this information in your application, the information you provided was either not enough or did not satisfy the criteria and the Seller Portal team wants you to update that information. If you need to know the specific reasons, you will need to contact the Seller Portal team directly (they do not share that kind of information with us).

To contact the Seller Portal team: from Seller Portal, click Help > Contact us, then click Contact us at the Customer Center (near the bottom of the page). If a pop-up with “Did you mean samsung.com?” appears, close the pop-up.
