Commercial seller rejection

We have tried submitting an application for commercial seller a couple of times now. Both times our application was rejected. We did not receive any information on what the reason for rejection was, which makes it difficult to address any concerns that the team may have with our application.

We have reached after both rejections via the “Contact Us” feature on the website, but have not heard back.

We applied using our company’s DUNS number.

Can you provide any advice on how to proceed?

Hello, when the application was rejected, you should have received an email that explains the reason. Can you please check if it is not in the spam folder?
