My Commercial Seller Request Rejected many times

I tried to become a commercial seller but my request always rejected by review team, I applied 2-3 different ways but review team always reject my form please guide me exactly what Samsung galaxy review team want to approve the commercial seller request.

When I firstly applied for commercial seller with the same gmail id which is updated in DUNS data, review team reject my form saying (The industry specified in your D-U-N-S number does not provide enough explanation for the type of content that could be published in Galaxy Store. Please provide an explanation of the type of application or game that you are planning to release in Galaxy Store and how your company industry aligns to it. You can include this information when resubmitting your application.)

When I resubmit the form with another DUNS which is the game development industry, They reject my form saying ( The validation of your application for the commercial corporate seller has been pended due to the discrepancy between your seller account and DUNS data.
We expect you to have a domain email account to create the Samsung account due to your professional effort.
We suggest you submit another application with your domain email account.)

When i create domain email account and submit the commercial seller request they again reject my request saying ( The D-U-N-S number in your commercial seller request is being used in another commercial seller request. Multiple Seller Portal accounts using the same D-U-N-S number is not allowed. Please resubmit your application with a unique D-U-N-S number.)

Please guide me what I can do for become a commercial seller and also guide me is there a way to share the company documents for clearing the review process.

Sorry that you are having so many issues with your commercial seller request. Based on the content of the last email you received, please contact the Seller Portal team to assist you: from Seller Portal, click Help > Contact us, then click Contact us at the Customer Center (near the bottom of the page). If a pop-up with “Did you mean samsung.com?” appears, close the pop-up.
