How to resubmit my application

Hello, I am applying to become a Commercial Seller to upload my Android App.

My last application was rejected due to incomplete DUNS information, and the message was:

"Once you have made above change, then please resubmit your application. "

I have modified the information in DUNS, how do I resubmit my application in the Galaxy Store Seller Portal?

I try in
HOME>ProfileEdit>Profile
I modified the information and saved it, but after waiting for two weeks, there seemed to be no response or effect.

What is the correct way to submit in order to enter the re-review process?

Is there a blue Request Corporate Commercial Seller button in the upper right corner after you log in to Seller Portal? If so, click it and resubmit your application.

This page doesn’t seem to have this button.

From your screenshot, it appears that your application request is still in progress (even though it was rejected). I’d contact the Seller Portal team to find out if they are evaluating your application with the latest DUNS information. You could also take a screenshot of your updated DUNS information and include it in your message so that they are sure to have your latest information.

From Seller Portal, click Help → Contact us. Then, click Contact us at the Customer Center located near the bottom of the page (if a pop-up with “Did you mean samsung.com?” appears, close the pop-up).
