Samsung Certificate Manager not working, error 401

Hello!

Getting Error 401 when trying to create the Certificate for a Samsung TV. Error pops up in the Certificate Manager after getting “Login Successful. Please continue on the Certificate Manager UI” in browser on Windows 10, Tizen Studio 6.1, Certificate Manager updated.
Edit: tried rebooting, installed all the stuff for Tizen 8.0 and 9.0 and other SDK stuff.

Hello,

For Smart TV questions, please log in to TV Seller Office: (Seller2.0), go to the 1:1 Q&A section, and ask a question.

Hello Ahsan. Thank you for a quick reply.

Regarding your answer - my problem is not (yet) with the Smart TV, although this is what I plan to use the Tizen Studio for. My problem, as I stated, lies with me not able to create a certificate, bc of the 401 error. I googled a bit, and it seems that this problem already occured for people throughout the years, and it seems like it might be on developer side (yours). Maybe I’ve selected the wrong category to post this, though, but are you sure this is supposed to go to “TV Seller Office: (Seller2.0),”?

Edit:

Their reply was that those support channels are for “Partners” only. Which makes it impossible to ask further help there…

Hello,

Apologies for the inconvenience.

We would like to request all of you to make sure your Tizen Studio and Certificate manager is up to dated. In the latest version of Certificate manager which is 2.0.71 should not face the same issue.

Let us know the status.

Thanks

Shamima
