Samsung Galaxy Note10+ can't scan beacon

Beacon not scanning on certain Galaxy Note 10+ phones.
It works fine on the other phone, but it doesn’t scan on only one phone.
All permissions for beacon scanning are in good condition.
Are there any special settings for beacon scanning? Or is there something wrong with the phone?

Galaxy Note 10+, Adnroid 10
Beacon parser format: “m:2-3=0215,i:4-19,i:20-21,i:22-23,p:24-24,d:25-25”

As far as I know, there is nothing special setting in Note 10+ for beacon scanning. If you find anything wrong with only Noto 10+ then you can share the dumpstate & btsnoop log here or report the problem to Samsung developer support officially. Please attach below information during reporting-

  1. Steps to reproduce the issue
  2. Dumpstate & btsnoop log from the device where you get successful data
  3. Dumpstate & btsnoop log from Note 10+ (error)
