In progress usually means that they are waiting for your bank to respond. Some banks take weeks to verify. How long have you been waiting?
They are doing an update on the seller portal account review system tomorrow and that also may be why it isn’t responding. If it doesn’t get fixed let me know Monday ask on the Seller Portal Help → Contact US then Contact US again.
If you don’t get a reply in a day or two let me know and I’ll see if I can find some information but you need to try the Seller Portal first.
