I purchased my Samsung phone and my watch (galaxy 7) from different country. Now, I’m unable to use " Samsung Health Monitor" app because my phone wasn’t bought in a region that supports it.
Even though I currently live in Ireland (a country where the app is officially supported), I keep getting the message: “Samsung Health Monitor is not available in your current location”!
I was extremely disappointed when Samsung customer service told me that the only solution is to buy a new phone from Ireland just to use this app. That’s frustrating, especially considering I already own compatible Samsung devices.
I wish Samsung had a solution for this issue!
