Samsung Pay Official Partner- rejected

Hi Samsung Dev Team,

We recently submitted a request to become a Samsung Pay partner for push provisioning, but it was automatically rejected without any explanation. We are a financial services and payment provider based out of Iowa. I raised a ticket and also sent an email to xxx, but I can’t seem to find any response. Could you please guide us on the appropriate next steps or provide a point of contact to discuss our integration further? Any help will be appreciated.

You should expect a delay in response to tickets raised through the developer portal as most of the team is on holiday this week.

Please note that the email address you specified is no longer valid. The correct way to obtain support is to submit a Developer Support Request as you have already done.

Thanks for the quick reply. I’ll guess I’ll wait then. It still shows “unassigned”. Hopefully we’ll have some movement next week.
