Samsung Pay Developer Account Issue

On 18 Jan, i had signed up for Samsung pay developer account which is the part of Samsung Pay’s developer registration process. However after i signup, it says Samsung Pay relationship manager is reviewing your information and user profile. Please allow up to 2-3 business days to complete this process.
Until today i didn’t get any update. Anyone face similar issue? plz assist

Unfortunately many employees take a full week off for Lunar New Years and that may be the reason for the delay. Then again it may be something totally different. I don’t have a contact in the Samsung Pay but if you don’t get an answer by the first of February let me know and I’ll get come information from you via private messenger and try to get a status update for you.

I’m sorry for not jumping in right away but I like to give a 2 week period before I stick my nose into anything
