Good morning,
Several weeks ago I contacted you to provide you with the required information to be able to comercially use the Samsung Privileged Health SDK. You told me that the app data had been updated and we should be able to use the ap without developer mode, but this is not happenning. With developer mode activated everything runs smoothly, however, when this is deactivated we get the error you can see in the image below.

Besides, when checking my profile, I see that my profile data has not been actually updated, and several fields like app name and SHA256 remain uninformed, as can be seen in the following image.
Could you please check what is the problem? This is critical for us, as we need to upload our app to the store in the coming days.
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Jesús Prada.

In the Health Connect Documentation for publishing your app it says
Your request only takes effect on published apps. This doesn’t restrict or prevent you from developing, integrating, and testing your app since the Health Connect data types are accessible in your local environment.
I think this is an android issue read the entire information on the request page cited above.

Hi again,
We have realized there is a mismatch between the signature in the Play Store and the one registered. Could you please change our registered SHA-256 to this one?
Signature removed
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Jesús Prada.
@jesus.prada
You need to work this out with the Samsung Privileged Partners or Play Store. I can’t help with that.

I have already opened a ticket in Samsung developers support about the issue, hope they will give me a more helpful reply.
Thanks.
