SC_PER on Hand image

Hi,

I have added image of hand and want that to rotate based on tag [SC_PER] I cant seem to get it working can anyone help please ?

In PROPERTIES window
in the Rotate Section below X Y settings is a blank
set tags for it to [SC_PER] *3.6 for a 360 degree dial.
