Did you create a new Distributor Certificate with Win11? If not you then that is the issue.
I suggest you roll back to GWS 2.0.0 unless you do not create an AOD as it will require you to create a new one everytime. It creates one but then forgets to add it to the project or something but will show up if you go back to 2.0.0.
The other reason for the error [-12] is failure to accept the RSA encryption key if that is the first time connecting on your new system and you didn’t accept it it will time out.

Thanks for the explanation, I really missed this. 2.0 installed. but still I get the message 65% again. so same message.

Usually when it hangs at around 65% it is the RSA Encryption key not accepted.
