Sdb connect error: failed to connect to remote target '[IP]'

Normally I can use sdb connect and tizen install to sideload my .wgt app to Samsung TV for testing.
My old models are UA43TU7000KXXT and UA43AU7700KXXT , and the app can be installed successfully.

I just got a new model : UA75U8000FGXXP
So I tried using the previous method to connect and install, but it is giving error: failed to connect to remote target '[IP]'
The TV is in dev mode, I have inputted my local IP to the dev mode settings.
I have tried different WIFIs as well as using personal hotspot to ensure they are on the same network.
But nothing works.

I also tried using Tizen Studio’s Remote Device Manager to try, but it also fails to connect.

What seems to be the problem here ?
Or this new model UA75U8000FGXXP does not supported sideloading anymore ?
