Cannot connect to 192.168.1.5:5555:

This is about the samsung smart tv the frame 32’’ SAMSUNG QE32LS03T.

I have enable development mode tturn off the tv, reboot and I
cannot connect to 192.168.1.5:5555: via the adb app. This is the ip of my screen in the app 192.168.1.5
The error I get is :
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (10061)

Can someone help how to proceed next?

ADB is for Android devices. I believe you need to use SDB for Tizen as far as I know that is the operating system that all Samsung Smart TVs use.

You should use the Device manager included in Tizen Studio.

Verify that you correctly put your IP Address (Of your computer) when enabling developer mode:

On TV:

  1. Go to Apps
  2. Hit 1 2 3 4 5 on the remote control
  3. Verify that the ip you typed there matches your computer IP
    (3.a. If using a windows machine: to get your computer’s IP use command prompt, enter in ‘ipconfig’ and use the TPv4 IP Address)
