Sdboverbt app does not appear on s10

Hi,

I am a graphic designer who is very new to GWD, I am trying to make so watch faces but when I try to connect my watch to GWD through my phone the SDBoverBT app does not appear anywhere on my phone and when I look for the “tizen” folder in Galaxy Watch Studio it is not there so i cannot transfer it. Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi @prw1603155565,

The SDBOverBT app should be in C:\Program Files\Galaxy Watch Studio\tizen\tools. If there’s no such directory then probably GWS didn’t get installed properly on your system.

You may also try to connect through Wi-Fi. See more here.
