there is a issue with the Seller Portal Customer Service and a direct link on My Questions will not work.
To submit a portal problem
Sign in to your developer Account
Open this link Samsung Customer support
Click on the Galaxy Store box so it is outlined.
Click on 1:1 Enquiry
If a Pop-up appears and asks if you meant samsung.com just close it
A general Galaxy Store Form will pop up
Select the Email reply box
Fill it out as best you can, put N/A in required fields that don’t apply.
Use this for all Seller Portal question until the broken links are restored.
