"The requested URL was rejected" issue

Enter the details in “Seller Portal > Customer Support > 1:1 Inquiry((https://help.content.samsung.com/csseller/ticket/createQuestionTicket.do))” and press the “Register” button, an error appears. Why would this happen? I asked twice, was it rejected?

I am working with another seller that is getting the same error message. Please open a Developer Support request as a Developer Issue not as a seller issue and ask that Ron be assigned.
