Hello how do I upload my app to Galaxy Store if I’m not a business?, tried I can’t.
That is correct Android apps can only be distributed in the Galaxy Store by commercial sellers since December 2022 even if they are free apps. This was done to improve the quality and of apps and the searchability for apps making a better end user experience.
As @rishat007 said there is a seller notice about this requirement and how you can prove you are a commercial seller.
