Why does my monochrome icon looks shrunk on Samsung device but on other devices looks normal?

Samsung has One UI for its devices it may be a bit more particular.
I am moving this to the Galaxy Theme Designers forum one of them may know why.

I can’t really tell if this from a Samsung Theme or a 3rd party app?
But either way it may have to do with the dimensions or left out space or even the file type
