Wear OS app - really bad activities icons resolution

Will there be any fix for this ? 3rd party apps are handling icons much better than S Health app. It looks like S Health is using one drawable with low res instead of multiple drawables for different usecases.

Comparison - both icons dimensions set to 75 x 75px :

1. S Health Barometer complication - icon (same on Weather & all other apps)
