Something went wrong with APP

One of the users of my app couldn’t launch the app from PlayStore.
Their device is Samsung galaxy note 10 and the OS patch is One UI 5.1.

When trying to launch the app from PlayStore, it shows a dialog with the following message:

Something went wrong with APP

APP closed because this app has a bug.

Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error.

The app was successfully launched from other devices.

Also I do not see any crash reports on Google Play Console or Firebase.

How to solve this problem?

I would suggest ask about this on an Android Developer site

Before I close this thread I had second thoughts , was the person able to download and launch the app in a second try? Do you have other reports.

When I took a second look this appears to me like a Google Play Services message. Try closing google play services in the Apps Settings and re-launch it.

Hello!
I fixed the issue by disabling code minification and reuploading the new bundle to PlayStore.
I still don’t understand why it didn’t work only on that user’s device, when it worked well on other devices (including other Samsung devices).

Anyway, the issue is fixed and you can close this thread.
