This couldn’t be done in WFS or WFF alone. You’d need to write a very clever complication service to provide the image.

I am aware of such faces, they have been around since the smartwatches gone round.
On my 7 years old gear S3 I had this face called step challenge.

It was part of firmware and definitely not made using publicly accessible tools.

It could be done. You’d have to write a complication service in Kotlin/Java that generates the graph as an image.
