Store rejection for screenshots screenshots include transparent backgrounds or masking

Hi, all. A lot of time has passed since the last post in this topic and Google has made a lot of changes to Google Play Policies for uploading images for watchface.
But for me the problem remained.

I uploaded screenshots according to all Google requirements, I tried several options, but each time my watchface was rejected .
I asked Google to help, but they answer, exactly as in rejected email, that doesn’t help.
No details, no explanations.

First issue:
*Your app's Play Store listing provided a non-valid Wear OS screenshot which is framed within the device. A valid Wear OS screenshot must include the full-frame image of the app interface.*

Second issue:
Your app’s Play Store listing provided a non-valid Wear OS screenshot with additional text and graphics that are not part of your actual app's interface.

I see that in those issues are some things that I do wrong.
Please can someone tell me, according to your experience, what exactly the images you use for uploads are.

If you faced rejection, how do you solve problems with it?
Please see my images and tell me what you can say.

Wear OS screenshots should only be simple .jpg images, 450x450 pixels, black background with a watch face screenshot from WFS - that’s it.
This is probably the reason for your rejection.

Detailed screenshots like those that you have provided here (with text, watch model etc.) can be uploaded under “Phone screenshots”, or probably any other category besides “Wear OS screenshots”.
I only upload those under Phone category, and that seems to be enough.

Hi, thanks for your response. Yes I saw this suggestions in this topic, but according to the last Google console instruction for upload it should be a transparent image with 512x512 pixels for an icon.
I don’t know, if you uploaded screenshots as you say recently, maybe it is correct.

Thanks, anyway

Instructions are different for an icon image, then they are for Wear OS screenshots.
Your icon image seems fine, it can contain other elements like watch image, icons etc., but Wear OS screenshots can not.

Try uploading just basic watch face screenshots under “Wear OS screenshots” category (450x450 with a black background) and it should be okay.
You can leave those more complex screenshots under other categories.

Thanks a lot for your help.
Finally today it is passed without reject  for Wear OS as well, and I don’t know how.
Now I will use current model for upload icons/ screenshots.

For those who will read this topic : in my case icon image was PNG 515x512 pixels , transparent background; Screenshots were JEPG 500x1024 pixels include the Wear OS screenshots.

A part of images are catted just in this screenshot, not in uploaded images.

I see you used 450 × 450. I thought they have to be 16 × 9. I just don’t know what they want.

Thanks

WearOS screenshot must be 450x450 and you can’t use promotion text in the wear os screenshot. You can make a design 16x9, 9x16 and 450x450 for other sections (phone screenshots etc…)

Thank you for your reply. I will try that.

I did the same thing and have been reject. I did get it to work when i did a 450 x 450 on a solid background. The directions only say 16 x 9 but if you do 450 x 450 they do get accepted. Hope that helps.
