Swim Button and Exercise App IDs

I am trying to find the app ID for individual work outs so I can make a button. I found the swim type is 14001 but I’m not sure how to write the com.samsung.health line of script to lead to this workout. I’d like to make an icon auto start a swimming workout.

Does anyone know how to write this App ID?
