I found the formula for km in this thread:

This is the correct formula: (([SC]*0.762-[SC]*0.762%1000)/1000%100).(([SC]*0.762%1000-[SC]*0.762%100)/100)(([SC]*0.762%100-[SC]*0.762%10)/10)

Calories per link, given above give SGWatchDesign.
