I set tap to measure heart rate for heart icon on WFS it shows check on real device when tap but when i tap on real device it doesn’t work.

Does it work for Digital Dashboard preinstalled watch face? Do you have the latest update for Watch4 that came out last week?
There is an issue with HeartRate that is to be fixed in the next update that might be it.

In your build setting for measuring heart rate what is it set at? If continuous change it to 10 minutes or manual and see if that makes a difference.
You may want to create a bug report and create a very simple watch face that duplicates this.

Tried heart rate setting in wfs 10 minutes or manual still not work for me.
There was a new Wear OS update this weekend see if it works correctly after that. If not please wait for the next WFS release.
