I believe that everyone is having the same waiting time. I will check with the review team but I believe it is a combination of many issues.

Here is a statement:
The watch face app submission reviews are delayed in order to minimize intellectual property violations. The team reviews carefully every watch face applications and is causing a watch face app review delay. Samsung review team apologizes for these delays and wishes to assure watch app sellers that they are working diligently to resolve any issues and thank all watch app sellers for your patience.
I personally think that this is a good time for designers to step back from trying to sell watch faces by continually uploading watch faces and focus on marketing their current content on social media.
Samsung will not tell sellers what prices to set. But my advice is unless you feel the quality of your work is the poorest watch face design in the store, now is a good time to re-evaluate the price you are asking.

Ron, is there an issue with some faces being too low? I lowered the price on a lot of my content, watches and themes, in countries where the economies are not very strong. I know US has a minimum price, are there other countries where a minimum price is set? Thanks.
Nothing below is exact and based on my own empirical data and opinions.
Smart watches are a luxury item and luxury items to not fit the Big Mac Index pricing.
In what is perceived as poor economic countries the ones that are able to buy $1,000 phone and a $400 watch are not poor. We have found that in 3rd world countries lowering the price of a watch face decreases downloads. Raising the price of a Watch app in Europe to be an Euro related price increases downloads as well.
Regarding Themes there are hundreds of thousand free themes if someone is looking for a bargain they are not going to look for discounted Theme prices but it may affect meet a mentality as a bargain hunter.

My android app is delaying 2 weeks and why this is happening
Last week was a Holiday in Korea and that may be a factor. What is the actual wording? If it hasn’t been released tomorrow reply to me and I’ll check on it.

I have an question samsung didnt payout me 1th october is already gone and samsung didnt payout me i am referirng about finacional settlement and i have made more than 50$ last month

i have a plan and i dont know its work or not. can i transfer my app to an another seller portal account but there is no duns number account and update from their this work
Android application also same behavior.
My app was delayed ~2 month and got rejection. So i have to re-up again, currently in delayed review status : 3 weeks.
I can’t understand samsung review process. We take alot off time and effort to register account and development but they don’t care about that.
If it was rejected they should have given you reasons for it.

Yes. I just want to focus about take long time review , the rejection because some small errors are inevitable. We can fix it asap during the day even in 1 hour . But it always got pending at review side.
If the situation does not change, it will take 2-3 months or more for a successful update or register an application. I can not imagine 
I don’t think this is your issue but for others
If the review team keeps getting an app with errors over and over they will just stop reviewing it. They are not there to debug anyone’s app for them.

I’ve lost my original keystore file key and created a new one to submit my app. However, I’m encountering an error stating “Signing Key of all registered binaries must be the same.” Can you assist me ?
Ron retired and is no longer available to assist.
Regardless, you are the only one that has the signing key and password. If you lose it you cannot update existing content and there are no workarounds.
Your only option is to create a new app with a new signing key.
And back this one up, customers will be unhappy that apps they purchase will no longer be updated

From Q005 in this FAQ: [If you’ve lost the original author certificate] You will not be able to publish updates to any app published with the original author certificate. If you want to publish updates to your apps that used the original author certificate, you must republish the original apps using the regenerated author certificate.
And, as Redacted mentioned, customers who purchased your app that was published using the original certificate will not receive these updates.
