I wanted to ask the following, before i apply for the Theme Designing thing.
Can i make a theme and use it for my self, but don’t publish it on the Galaxy Store ?
Now i would like to make a Theme for my Phone, but i don’t want to sell it. I just want to have it on my phone. Is that possible ?
