ok so i’m trying to apply for an Author Certificate, however the page will simply not load when it comes to signing into my account?

is their any way i can fix this?

I can see you are using windows 7 and guessing the internet explorer is 32 bit on your system which caused this problem. Please update your internet explorer to 64bit to resolve the issue. It does not matter what your default browser is but you just need to have internet explorer 64 bit installed.
