Author certificate error

I can not solve this error.

I entered my Samsung account ID & PW at Log in step.
I clikced the Log in button.
The message “Create Author Certificate” appears briefly.
The Pop-up window disappear.

Are you running Windows 7? If so you need to upgrade Internet Explorer to 64bit even if you are not using it. The store uses a .dll that is installed with 64bit Windows Explorer.

If that isn’t it can you provide more information about your system.

Same problem here, Windows 10 ver. 20H2 build SO 19042.746 64 bit
