Unable to resign an application

So I tried to resign an app to install on my TV and for some reason, the tizen application doesn’t resign the app at all. Yes, I’m using a Samsung certificate. Also, tizen doesn’t return any log

Here’s the command I used:
./tizen package -t wgt -s hikari -o ~/tizen-studio/resigned -- app.wgt
