Upgrade to android 13 - block me of some function of adb

the option of
pm list packages | grep ‘myDevice’ is now blocked.

before upgrade to android 13 i cound do it.
but since the upgrade i get the exception

java.lang.SecurityException: Shell does not have permission to access user 150

  1. How to revolve this ?
  2. How it possible to do some develop that i did before without root permission ?

Did you check if the issue occurring only for Samsung phones or other phones also? It seems Android issue which is why I am asking.

Actually, all other devices that i have are still with android 12 so the answer is no.
On Xiaomi phone and on Lenovo tablet i still have android 12 and its works there - no block

But checking some other forums its not an android issue as far as i understand.
