Can't add an app notice keep blocking me to ask corporate Commercial

I’m blocked here when I try to add a new app. It’s a free app but it has IAP is that normal ?

If it’s normal I requested to be a Corporate commercial, how does it take usually ?

Yes as of December 1st.
This Seller Portal Notice was given October 7th and went into affect the first of December.

Basically there are no more “free” accounts all accounts must be Commercial sellers and Android App sellers must be Corporate (that is any business organization) and must be verified using a DUNS verification number.

If you need clarification I can try to help and if you have something I can’t help with I will direct you to the seller portal team.

If you are a Themes or Tizen App/Watch Face developer DUNS or corporate account is not necessary.

Thanks a lot for the answer, it’s my first samsung app so I didn’t know about this change.
I believe I gave everything needed for getting a commercial account. I hope it’ll quick or that I’ll be notified if there is something missing/incorrect.

If you have the DUNS number it will be very quick.

If you are a Theme or Watch seller they may reject you without noticing that if so let me know.

Unfortunately I don’t have a DUNS number only a SIREN (from France)

Hello ron,
Until now, I have not received a response regarding transferring my account to a seller. I submitted third time 12/6 and told them that I have a private account and sell only themes, and I am not interested in Android applications.
What shoul i do?? Please help me :pleading_face:

You can apply for one in France I believe from this company If I guessed wrong, my French is slim to none then go to this site and find the French partner.

I think the commercial seller applications are still on hold for maintenance. I’ll contact you by private mail about this.

Wow thanks a lot ! Is that mandatory or just the process will be a bit longer without it ?
I’m not in a hurry (even though it’d be nice to not be too slow)

At this time it is mandatory to have a DUNS number to put android apps on the Samsung store.
