I am assuming this is a Smart TV app If it is B2B (Signage or Hospitality) let me know.
Once an app is submitted and passed all reviews it goes to a launch manager. Sometimes the launch is a few days after the review ends and sometimes it is longer.
You should open a Seller Office 1:1 Q&A question first if you do not get any satisfaction then respond to this topic and I can ask around but it is pretty much just waiting for some approval.
