Samsung App in "Waiting Launch" for 2 months

Hi,
Our samsung TV app has been in “Waiting Launch” for around 2 months now. I have written to 1:1 Q&A who told me to write to our content manager which I did a month ago but there is no response from him.
I have written to 1:1 Q&A again and now there is no response from there.

What should we do to get it launched ?
If the launch time is so long then it will be impossible to make new releases regularly.

I am going to move your topic to the “Smart TV” category in the forum as “Galaxy Store Seller Portal” is for apps on Galaxy (mobile and wearable) devices, not TVs. But, I see you have already posted in the “Smart TV” category.
