“Why is my app taking so long to launch on Waiting Launch?”

When a Smart TV app is first submitted it goes through testing at this time it is under the oversight of the content manager assigned. Only after all the tests are finished will it go to the Waiting to be Launched stage. All the reasons you wrote about complexity and compliance have already been resolved they have nothing to do with how long it takes to be launched.

After it has been tested the content manager hands it over to the Launch Manager and they schedule it for release. It appears that they release in batches but I’m not sure.
