Web push images not showing in Samsung Internet version 28

In Samsung Internet version 28, web push notifications no longer show images like banners. These images used to show up before, and they still work in other browsers like Chrome.

What happens:

  • I send a push notification that includes an image (using the image field).
  • The notification shows up, but the image is missing.
  • Only the title and icon are visible.

Expected:

  • The image should appear in the notification, just like it does in other browsers.

I also met this issue recently, do you find the root cause or the feedback from the dev support?
They haven’t replied me yet.
I’m guessing it’s the version problem because I used version 23 to test web push and it works fine.
