Its been over 9 months since i have been using SHealth with my Galaxy Active 2 watch. I havent received even one Weekly Summary yet, Can someone help? Thanks
I see that others also have a problem but I think it is just notifications are turned off. Look in your Wearable App Home tab, Notifications and be sure that Samsung Health is turned on.
You can also see the Health Summary for previous weeks if you use the Samsung Health App. However, this is not the correct forum for end product bug reports, questions or concerns.
I would recommend you post using the Samsung Members App or at Samsung support select Contact US and then the Social tab Join the Conversation
