If your app doesn’t have a “companion app”, you can only find it on the WearOS version of the play store, accesible within your watch, or searching the “watch” version of the play store:
This is why everyone recommends having a companion app. Discovery is nearly 0% chance without it, but rises to 0.01% with a companion app.
