I have generated many images (~30.000) with Midjourney (an artificial intelligence (AI) image-generation tool). I use them in my (Android) app. I try to register this my app on Samsung Galaxy Store, but I get the response:
This your app have some image which may be copyright such as: Nike logo, McLaren P1 car, Triumph Daytona 675 Motorcycle…Or Application uses portraits without permission.
Please attach certificate for this app. Thanks
What exactly certificate should I attach and where could I get it?
Thank you.
I doubt you get one for Nike. If those are in an Open Source library you would get the license from that. If you do an internet search you can find how to get image release forms.

May be it looks like Nike (and others), but I paid for Midjourney plan and generated with it all those images.
Would Midjourney payment docs be as certificate, what all images are generated=created by me? Not taken from somewhere else.

Some images in your application contain copyright images such as : Nike logo, McLaren P1 car, Triumph Daytona 675 Motorcycle and portraits without permission.
please refer to attachment and remove all copyright images in the next submission, thank you.
My app contains only images, generated by me with AI image-generation tool.
Even people portraits.
What should I do?
Will the app get the pass, if it will not contain images inside the apk, but will download all of them from my Firebase Storage into user device?

I am not a lawyer and this is my opinion based on the Galaxy Store infringement Guidelines
Basically you can’t use any images with out licenses from the company that owns the products.
When I look at Midjourney’s Terms of Service it says…
Both the Services and the Assets are provided to Customer on an “AS IS” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using or redistributing the Assets and assume any risks associated with use of the Services.
If they were downloaded the from your own web site Nike would sue you directly
So proceed at your own risk but I’d check with a legal advisor first.

Okay, I removed images of things that looks like some brands. Thank you.
Now, what about “portraits”? These are not images of real people, all of them are generated by me with Midjourney. Can Samsung accept some screenshot as an evidence? Thank you.
You could put a note to the reviewer saying that the portraits are your original work using advanced technology and not real people.
