I have downloaded and added a device skin from Samsung for my Galaxy Note 9, but for some reason when I run the virtual device in my Android Studio setup it shows a white bar across the device screen. I’ve tried both hardware and software emulated performance with no luck. Has anyone else come across this and know how to fix it? All my settings are set up to the specs outline on the Samsung Developer site.
Hi,
First of all, thanks for using our service!
May we know what API or system image you are using in Android Studio?
The skins should be stable on API 28 (Android Pie) and below. Moreover, download and try to use the skins again in https://developer.samsung.com/galaxy-emulator-skin/overview.html.

Thanks. I am using API 29 as that’s what my current OS is. Is this not supported?

Hi,
Try downloading it again and it should now work with API 29.
Let me know if there’s still any issues.
