Animation missing when run on watch

Dear all,

i have made 60 frame animation, imported it to GWD, runs fine on the simulator.
but once i run it on my GW, its gone

anyone come across this problem before?

I know of one issue where animation does not appear at all.

Is your animation .png or .jpg files it will not show .jpg image animation on a watch but you apparently can add them or see them in GWS.

If that isn’t the issue,
Try the simple animation that is included with GWS to see if that works.
If it works submit a simple gwd file that duplicates this in a support request
