Hello, how to report this kind of watch faces ? Many of watch faces from this seller are copied from Apple watch. Is it allowed ?

Unfortunately there is not any process to report suspected IP infringement except for your own work. The reason is that this was abused by a few people to cause trouble for other sellers because a report was an automatic suspension while it was investigated.

If you want to open a support request regarding the Samsung watch ask that I be assigned to it. I can look into this deeper. I need the app name and the Samsung Watch name. I can’t investigate an Apple watch face and it could be the same designer is doing both.

It just means they have no creative ideas of their own, even their logo is a variant of the Punisher skull. Could be a Chinese company, copyright typically doesn’t apply there (j/k) :slight_smile:

Talk about strange events. While Watching Star Trek Discovery last night there was an Apple commercial and in that commercial was two of the watch faces you said were copied… Looks like I can report this now.

All listed are copied. Ive also submited full list through support ticket you metioned. Looks like one of the Samsung watchface-copycats was taken down after my IP infrigement ticket review, but as there are few more of them Im not sure I want to create cca 10 tickets for this case. :smirk:

In theory when a watch face is reported the design is suspended while under review. However the same review team that does this is also the one reviewing the new seller applications and it is a holiday season in many countries so the team is stretched.

The Apple Artist watch face apparently can be a boy’s face but you wouldn’t know from the static image.
