I’ve thought that my faces could interfere so I’ve used one of the basics : got 12% drain in 5h of slepping time with everything on besides NFC.
I’ve come to contact samsung BUT I just can’t log in. Even trying to connect to developper support gives me :

Oh Dear . It is difficult to contact Samsung Directly . I think you need to Sign up for a Samsung Members account . I still think you should Return the Watch to the Vendor . Have you got your own Face on the Watch .
The issue is that I’ve bought this watch from an italian ebay seller in august so the window has closed for me to ask the seller to step in not alone ebay.
The only move is now samsung warranty. I have a samsung account for many years but even here it doesn’t allow anymore to long me in (I just don’t remember how I did it in the first place months ago), I get the same error.
Hopefully (and not understanding how) I could log in with the same credentials on samsung web with my mobile. So I’ve sent a request to support, 48H seems to be minimal mandatory for an answer.

If you have any complain against the product of Samsung, please communicate with the Samsung Customer Support. You can find the support channels available in your country at Support Home | Official Samsung Support US. This is the appropriate channels to raise user VoC.
Or also you can contact through Samsung Members app with logs and details.
